This website is operated by Inman Shipping Worldwide for its Travel Plan by Inman program. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Inman Shipping Worldwide. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), including any additional terms referenced here or available by link. These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the website.

These Terms cover use of this website only. Membership in the Travel Plan is governed by the participation agreement a member signs, not by these Terms.

1. Online terms

You may not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your use of the site.

Plan benefits, terms, and conditions are set out in the participation agreement, and your Travel Plan representative can give you the most current details. 5. Third-party links and tools

Questions or concerns about third-party products should be directed to the third party.

6. Submissions
