This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit travelplanbyinman.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Inman Shipping Worldwide for its Travel Plan by Inman program ("we", "us", "our").

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use a form on the Site, such as Purchase a Travel Plan, Become a Travel Plan Marketer, or Request Marketing Materials, we collect what you enter: for example your name, email address, phone number, organization, and location.

Device information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, and the site or search terms that referred you. We collect it using:

• "Log files," which record actions on the Site, including IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
• "Cookies," small data files placed on your device, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can learn how to manage cookies at allaboutcookies.org.

How we use your information

• To answer your request, including connecting you with an authorized Travel Plan representative.
• To review applications from organizations that want to offer the plan, and to send marketing materials you ask for.
• To screen for spam, fraud, and abuse (in particular, your IP address).
• To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Site and answer your request:

• With the authorized Travel Plan representative we connect you with, when you ask to purchase a plan.
• With service providers that host the Site, deliver email, and protect our forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• With YouTube and Vimeo, when you play a video embedded on the Site. Their own privacy terms apply to that video.
• With analytics providers such as Google Analytics, if enabled. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

Do Not Track

We do not change the Site's data collection when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are a European resident, you have these rights by law, and your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for 12 months and then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
